The I-CREATE Project (Improving Community Resilience Through Enhanced Adaptation and Technical Assistance) was officially launched. This initiative is a collaborative effort led by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), CWS Japan, the Malaka Local Government, YCWS, and PMPB.
